Here at Goal-Line Golf & Hockey, we offer the highest quality Golf, Hockey, Figure Skating and Lacrosse Equipment and other miscellaneous items available at the lowest prices possible. All products sold on Goal-Line Golf & Hockey’s website are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) and are supported by manufacturer factory warranties.
Despite our best efforts to advertise prices accurately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference or request an intercept from the shipping carrier. Please call us at (715)355-1790 if you feel a product may be priced incorrectly before placing your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice at our discretion.
We will match or beat any price on all current products (excluding discontinued, special sale and close-out items). Price matches apply to prices from authorized retailers only. We do not match prices from auction sites, such as eBay. Requests for Price Matching must be made prior to placing your order by contacting us at (715)355-1790. Requests for Price Matching must be made for the identical product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color, loft, set make-up, etc.), and does not apply to special purchase merchandise. The price you find has to be on an item that is in stock on the site you found it. Price Match items cannot be combined with any other special offers, coupons, discounts, or promotions. This policy does not extend to products that are covered by a manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price policy. The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. No adjustments will be made once you have made your purchase.
For Close-out, Clearance and Special Sale items, prices reflect in-stock items only. Items that need to be ordered from the manufacturer will be billed the Original Sale Price.
Due to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the sporting goods industry, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and may increase or decrease accordingly. We will not retroactively adjust or credit orders for products that may have been subsequently discounted or reduced via promotional code or special offer. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you paid remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased, or a promotion has been offered. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.
GoalLineGolf.com® will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of Wisconsin, or to any other state as required by law. If your credit card billing address is in the state of Wisconsin and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. A 5.50% sales tax is automatically calculated on the value of merchandise as required by Wisconsin State law.
International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and USPS Money. Debit cards are welcome, but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your card issuer to make sure you do not exceed your cards daily or transactional limit.
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. All orders that are processed prior to 2pm CST will usually ship the same business day provided all items are in stock. UPS provides scheduled daily pick-ups Monday-Friday. All packages are delivered on regular business days(Mon.-Fri.) excluding holidays, unless Saturday Delivery is requested(additional charges may apply). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Customers will receive tracking information via email on all orders shipped from us when using UPS. There is no tracking available on orders shipped using United States Postal Service.
All orders placed on GoalLineGolf.com® are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order. In order to guard against fraudulent activity, we must verify the “bill to” and “ship to” address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.
If you place an order using a different Billing and Shipping address, you will be contacted by a Goal-Line representative and asked to provide a photocopy of your Driver’s License and Credit Card for order verification. This is done to help protect our valued customers from fraud and will be required to complete your transaction.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected]
We will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.
Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through GoalLineGolf.com® does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. GoalLineGolf.com® reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than the quantity ordered at any time.
Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. GoalLineGolf.com® may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier’s local delivery guidelines. Orders containing customized products will be held until the custom product has been made.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to our incredibly fast order processing times, once your order is placed we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please double check your order and make sure all the information is correct before placing your order.
We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order subject to our current availability and pricing.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn’t been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping address.
Occasionally we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order products due to their limited availability and/or popularity. By placing a pre-order, you will be among the first to receive the latest items. When you place a pre-order, either over the phone or through the website, your order is placed on hold until the product arrives at our store. Your credit card is charged when the order is placed. When the product arrives, your order is shipped within 48 hours. Your order may be cancelled up until your order is processed, but not after.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change without notice. Estimates that we provide are based on the delivery dates the manufacturer provides to us. Complications such as logistics, production delays and product shortages may arise. These factors are outside of our control. Please check the product you are interested in for the most recent delivery estimate.
There is no additional fee for placing a pre-order.
In some circumstances GoalLineGolf.com® will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source to help avoid a longer wait time. In such cases, your shipping information will be passed along to the distributor or manufacturer for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. This will include your name, shipping address and telephone number. Drop ship items will ship direct from the distributor/manufacturer separate from in-stock items on the same order.
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 90-days of the original purchase date. All returns require an original receipt or invoice from our website for proof of purchase price. Customers will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee for returns made after 45-days of original purchase date. Items returned without a receipt or invoice will receive in-store credit only for the sale price of the product at the time of the return. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. All Used Product returns will be handled as a trade-in only.
Special Orders, Custom Orders, Other Special Accommodations and non-stock orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Custom Logo and Custom Imprint Golf Balls are not returnable. Custom Golf Clubs are not returnable. Hockey Jocks, Mouth Guards and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason. Clearance or Close-out items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or close-out items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
All situations are subject to the owner’s approval. We attempt to handle all situations in a fair and proper business manor and will try to please all of our customers within the limitations of our vendors return policies.
Customer is responsible for original shipping cost on all refunded returns. The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. (for example, A customer orders a golf bag for $175 with free shipping…the customer will receive a refund of $175, minus the cost of original shipping). We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.
Any products returned that have been used will be handled as a trade-in only.

All products sold on the GoalLineGolf.com® website are brand new, first quality(unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Should you have a problem within the manufacturers warranty period GoalLineGolf.com® will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your situation. Your satisfaction is our priority!

It is at the manufacturers discretion to repair, replace, or refund any item. Please allow up to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives an item. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to Custom and Special Order items, however, Special Order and Custom Order items are not returnable for credit.

All shipping prices listed on our website apply to orders shipped to the Contiguous United States only. Additional charges may be required to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. All in-stock orders are shipped from Central Wisconsin and will generally take no more than 3-5 business days to ship anywhere in the Contiguous United States. We attempt to ensure that all items listed on our website are in-stock, however, due to our ever-changing inventory, items may go out-of-stock without notice. Non-stock items will be ordered from the manufacturer provided the item is current and still available. Non-stock items will ship directly to the customer from the manufacturer when “drop-shipping” is available. If the manufacturer does not provide “drop-shipping” the item will first be shipped to us and then shipped to the customer. If an item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified prior to payment and shipment of product, if additional shipping time is required. Drop shipments will ship separately from in-stock items ordered. In the event of a “drop-ship” we will provide the manufacturer with your Name, Shipping Address and Telephone Number for the sole purpose of the manufacturer being able to accurately fulfill your order.
Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seem to be damaged or used, please report this to us immediately.
There is a flat rate fee of $15.oo S/H for all orders under $150.00. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $150*. Orders will ship via UPS Ground shipping**.
The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to us.
All orders that are deemed undeliverable or refused will be charged the original shipping (including orders that qualify for “FREE” shipping) plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the “Service Terms and Conditions” as detailed on ups.com. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.
UPS provides scheduled daily pick-ups Monday-Friday. All packages are delivered on regular business days(Mon.-Fri.) excluding holidays, unless Saturday Delivery is requested(additional charges may apply). Orders placed after store hours on Friday or orders placed on the Weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order if expedited shipping or Saturday Delivery is required.
*Over-sized packages and bulk orders may require additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to payment and shipment of order. Shipping over-sized or heavy items such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks(cases) cost extra. Over-sized Items DO NOT qualify for our Free Shipping promotion.
**If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to ship to those destinations. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, GoalLineGolf.com® will contact you before the order is processed.

GoalLineGolf.com® is happy to ship orders to foreign destinations, but please keep in mind that due to restrictions set forth by some manufacturers, we are unable to ship Bauer, CCM, Easton, Reebok, Warrior and Callaway products to destinations outside of the United States. This restriction also prohibits the use of parcel forwarding services to destinations outside of the United States.
Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority – not GoalLineGolf.com®. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as “Gifts” or otherwise. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.

Some products on GoalLineGolf.com® may be subject to over-sized shipping fees. Typically wheeled equipment bags, equipment racks, full size hockey goals, golf clubs and bulk orders such as cases of hockey pucks, etc., require an over-sized shipping fee. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and will be denoted on the product page.
